About Diane Kaern

In this capacity, she managed many financial functions, working as a partner with the Vice President of Performance Controlling.
Leaving Siemens in 2007, Diane Kaern took on the role of Worldwide Strategic Alliances Sales Operations Manager at the Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto, California. She managed reporting for a number of areas, including sales pipeline and forecasted revenue for the Enterprise Business Strategic Alliances division. In 2010, Ms. Kaern became a Worldwide Sales Compensation Analytics & Reporting Manager, a position in which she reported on key metrics concerning sales compensation operations.
When she is not working, Diane Kaern is physically active. She enjoys downhill skiing and running. Her interests also extend to reading and travel. Committed to giving back to her community, Ms. Kaern supports charities that help those without sufficient food or shelter.
