The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh offers several types of graduate degrees, including two different MBA tracks. Its traditional MBA program can be completed in one or two years and offers students the chance to complete internships and develop a stronger professional network while enhancing their business education.
The Executive MBA program, meanwhile, can be completed in North America, South America, or Europe, and consists of 48 credit hours of discussion, forums, and small-group projects. The program is selective, affording equal weight to previous academic performance, apparent leadership skills, and future goals. Those who gain acceptance can pursue an MBA in one of 20 concentrations spread across six major areas of inquiry, such as marketing or strategy.
